Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to book your first coaching call through Calendly.
You’ll be able to choose a time that fits your schedule, and each month, you’ll book your next session at your own pace. If you ever need to reschedule, just give me at least 24 hours’ notice, and we’ll find a new time that works.

This is a six-month commitment, designed to give you the time and support you need to see real results.
While you can cancel at any time, payments are non-refundable, and you won’t be able to rejoin at the same rate if you decide to return later.
